This has got to be one of the most incompetent manufactures I have ever worked with. After waiting 2 weeks past the dead line for entry doors to arrive, they sent the completely wrong door and when asked for an expedited order, gave us a date a month and a half from the reorder. They have completely destroyed our project timeline with no promise of refund or acceptable resolution. Order your doors from somewhere else. For the price they charge for custom millwork better service and resolution should be a given.
They won’t unload you early, Empty Docks, but they don’t care… You will lose the day here, don’t even come… Driver behind me just left BC appointment is for tomorrow…. They said No to him 3 times
Don’t come early only appointment time!!! I wasted my time, because another drivers wrote reviews they got unloaded early 1 day. Not good place. Now i need to find a parking. No restroom. I don’t know about overnight parking. Only women on the phone is nice!
