I would never recommend this window Brand to anyone and will begin the process of sharing how bad the customer service is on these windows, the warranty and the fact that my windows are 3 years old and they leak so bad. The windows fog up and water beads run down them. I had cheap vinyl windows in my last house and they didn’t do this.

We purchased 1 sets of double doors(Fiberglas) on May 27, 2024 at Home Depot in Ontario, Ohio with Melanie. We were given special 24 month financing arranged by the manager Brian, and decided to return 3 days later to purchase a 2nd set of double doors for our bar area with screen doors(natural wood on the inside, and fiberglass on the outside with real wood trim). $7,500.00 total for the two double doors. I ordered a door 11/9/24 thru Home Depot and still waiting for it!!!!! Well my order got canceled 1/9/25 so we waited all that time for nothing. We found another door and ordered it 1/10/25. As of 1/23/25.

Working there for 8 years was some of the best and worst times. They didn't learn from past experiences, atrocious rules, and incredibly hot in the summer. Very overwhelming. You can be the hero one day. Zero the next day. They do NOT stick to their values and ethics. No culture. 6 days a week was consistent. Although it's a steady job with decent wages for the area.
