Decent food, incredibly substandard service for the prices listed. Our server was clearly doing her best in an environment of incompetence. The amount of money you'd spend here is best spent on a better experience at any other similar restaurant in Waxhaw

What happened?! We loved this place when it first opened. Atmosphere is always great, but the service is horrible. The bar tender/server asked if I would like water. "Yes please" I responded. He never brought it, had to be brought to me by someone else. 4x I asked for the water to be refilled, 4x he responded and never did it. Once again, some super hero had to step in. My wife and I ate here for the first time last night and everything about it was awesome. Great food cool atmosphere our server Matthew was very friendly and professional and took good care of us. 5 stars all way will definitely be coming back.
We’re locals, and man have we tried to love this place. Theres a reason why this place is always empty. The service is good, but the kitchen needs serious help. The food looks and reads great off a menu, but the taste, the freshness of the food, and lack of care out of the kitchen - it’s just not a good place to eat food
