Incredible Gymnastics style fitness Gym! I visit Jekl often and I am beyond impressed with my experience! The gym is equipped with top-notch gymnastics equipment that caters to all skill levels. I have been a member of a variety of gyms in the Farmington Valley and nowhere have I been able to completely transform my body as I have at JEKL. My back, neck and hips issues are no longer a problem, and I have a new freedom in my body. I highly recommend this total-body strength and mobility neuromuscular training, and you will burn a ton of calories too!

Amazing total body work out. Different from any other program you've ever done. There is a lot to be gained here besides physical growth, mental and emotional growth take place as well.
