I've been working out with Jekel Strength Club for over 2 years. I'm an avid free weight lifter, but Paul and Ross at Jekel SC used their fully computer controlled and adaptive feedback system to boost my free weight performance much further than I ever expected to get, and with amazingly short workouts of a couple of reps per exercise. 20 minutes with them has been as good as an hour of plate reps in moving my numbers. I absolutely love going to jekel strength club. Ross and Paul are extremely knowledgeable in the areas of fitness and exercise science, biology, kinesiology, etc and they’re always well informed on the latest developments and scientific breakthroughs in their field.
