I genuinely cannot understand how there could be even one negative review about Dr. Bilal. My journey with him started during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I would not recommend this office for any of your nephrology needs. They had received a referral 3 months in advance and the night before I was to have an appointment they requested that I go by and pick up all of my medical records. The attitude with the front office was terrible. Very very unprofessional.
