They sell you a Long block engine with major oil leak at the timing chain cover and oil pan and tell you to call the warranty department on an engine you never used so they're selling you a brand-new engine so you can go and work on it and fix the work they did. That's how it showed up out-of-the-box and they want you to spend the next three months fixing it.
i still haven't received my items and customer service doesn't answer the phone, can't track my order because it's "invalid"
I did not agree for all this items to be charged in my card. I call Friday the lady said don’t worry we will take care of it Saturday theirs box deliver from jegs . Monday comes now I have to pay to return all their parts that I did not approve.. I spend thousands of dollars in this place waist 3 hrs on hold
Wow these guys are amazing! Me and my best friend stopped here and I messed up and planned on going to the show room and not the warehouse. The 2 guys we talked to were absolutely amazing! A++++ to you guys. If you need something there you're only a small wait away with a comfy nostalgic place to wait. There are nice couches and magazines to read and there's a small bit of history of Jeg's Coughlin Sr and the history of Jeg's family's journey. Incredible and I'd happily mess up again!
