You guys seriously need to update your website, spending over $3,000 to be told by your customer service i could be waiting a year and your website states “ships from manufacturer in 24hrs”. My son ordered a roll cage from Jegs and it said in the description sec approved. Well he paid to have it welded in and went to tech inspection through sec and it is NOT APPROVED! My son politely called several times customer service at Jegs and basically was told not their problem, he then escalated the situation to the top executive at Jegs and he promised a call back within the week to sort it out, and that was 3 months ago! I made a order off of Jegs website and it was canceled the day I ordered it without notifying me because of “failed price match” even though the price match was with a a exact part # for the exact same kit. Spoke to a manager about the ordeal and was of no help, told me to go order it from the other website since it’s such a good deal.
