100% Quality Customer service. I had bought an AMD windshield from them seeing they didn’t have the expensive freight charge. Well it did show up with box in good shape but the windshield was busted on inside box. Also two weeks had gone by cause I was out of town when it was delivered. I contacted them and told them the situation. They were friendly and very pleased to help. Sent them some pics and they had another one drop shipped via freight straight from AMD within a day. Went with my buddy for him to pick up some parts and we had the pleasure of having a fellow named Ben help us and he went way above and beyond....spent a long time helping us with our project making sure we got the right parts and kept us in budget he was super patient and knowledgeable....definitely good at his job...it was a great experience...glad my buddy was doing all the spending but when its my turn to buy a bunch of parts you can bet i will be calling to see if Ben is working! Decent products, but customer service is very much not their strongest suit. They also really enjoy overcharging you on shipping & delivery charges. Go elsewhere if you can!
