Short Version: JEG Plumbing LLC is guilty of attempting to scam customers who purchase appliance installation through Home Depot. Home Depot hires plumbers/electricians as appliance installers and then turns a blind eye when they attempt to commit fraud. I would rate this company -5 (minus 5). Shame on Home Depot to recommend them as a contractor. Same receipts across different reviews. This is the worse company I have dealt with in plumbing. Home Depot sent them to install a dishwasher after HD charged us 300 usd for it. This plumbing company kept us waiting for one month and kept changing times, they gave me an estimate of 200 usd addn for installation and a ton of attitude. These people are scammers and in cahoots with Home Depot. First, Home Depot delivered my dishwasher and then proceeded to tell me my water valve “could not be shut off.” I argued with the man but to no avail. He then told me a plumber would come out “for free.” After several follow ups trying to get my dishwasher from home depot installed by said plumber, they finally came out two days after delivery.
