No customer service. Went in today and an employee was sitting at the door on the outside talking on his cell phone. No one inside offer to help. Thank goodness I knew what i needed. I'll be going to home and feed on running house from now on.
We took our push lawn mower in to have it serviced (blade sharpening and an oil change). We were told it would be no more than $30.00 for the complete service. We were told it would be done in a day to two days; it took 8 days to complete the service. When we went to pick it up it was $68.00. The cashier could not explain why it was higher than normal. Although this store has a small selection they are very helpful and nice unlike Ranch and Home n Running Horse. This Eggen's True Value is the complete opposite, Nice and helpful, just small selection. They also have a rental center and will Fill you portable propane tank cheap, or cheaper than the exchange program at local grocery stores.
