Very helpful! Got me out of a jam when I was halfway through a plumbing project and realized I needed a Moen cartridge removal tool! Highly recommended! Also, I love having the ability to purchase one or two screws/nuts/bolts. Big box stores only carry packs of 12 or more!
They didn't have the item that I needed (a transponder key for an MV-1), but Ben took the time to educate me on what I needed and where I could start my research! I am thankful for the high level of knowledge and customer service that was provided.

Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit.
