These guys are great. My inquiry was responded to promptly and then I was given a suggested time to drop-in — so they could immediately address the issue with my lawn equipment. They handled my repair swiftly and even gave me pointers on how best to utilize the equipment to avoid future jamming. Really appreciated their great service and helpfulness throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough!
Jeff was very friendly on the phone and in person. He thought it would take a day or two to fix my AWD Toro, but John adjusted the cable, took off the blade, sharpened it, and I was ready to go. Since it was a simple and quick fix, they didn’t charge me. Great!
