I spoke with Jeff of Jeff's Pool & Spa on July 13, 2021 about my Jacuzzi tub that had a leaking spa jet. He set up an appointment for July 15, 2021 and never showed. I have left him 7 messages over the past 3 weeks and he has not returned a single phone call which is extremely unprofessional.I would not recommend Jeff's Pool & Spa, not because his work was unsatisfactory, but because of his lack of communication and his lack of professionalism.

My 38 year old son died suddenly on July 19th and our family has been dealing with this loss over the past 3 weeks and I have no one else working for me that can do spa work except myself. So while I do apologize to my customers for my absence, I would ask that hopefully most people would understand this and be courteous enough to wait until we have finished our time dealing with our family loss, but I do understand there are folks out there that only care about their own material items, regardless of someone else may be goi... read more
