Great experience with Jeff. He answered me back quickly and was able to fix my issue the same day. Just my stress relief alone was worth it. He was very professional and even fixed another small issue he noticed. I highly recommend him and will certainly call him with any future issues.

Contacted to discuss fixing a proflush toilet or if I should be replacing it with a new one. He was to obtain quotes for the job and get back to me. Never did. Then I find out the company called him as my ‘plumber’ saying toilet was ready to Pick up for installation. Again not a single word. Very unprofessional.
