My boyfriend & I dropped our boat motor off at Jeff’s Marine service on September 18th 2024, we had not received any updates on our motors condition or problems for months unless we had called the shop multiple times & texted Jeff also. We went there about a week ago & had some guy from the shop (not Jeff) tell us we just need to blow Jeff up until he answers.
