First, I was over charged. I paid $440 in 2018 for a service that was only $100 a month. The owners refused to acknowledge me. Second, Jeff used me through the winter $100 month for 2 cuts, and now it's time to do the yard weekly for the same price he broke our annual contract. Very unprofessional

Mrs. ******* was not overcharged. We sent her a bill every month for $100. We kept a record of every payment. Her agreement ( not contract) clearly stated the service was for twice a month, year-round, because she said she could not afford every week service in the summer. She refused to use the self-addressed envelope we always sent with the bill, and we would have to try to contact her or come back some other time to get paid.
