Called for service repair on a toyotomi heater that was installed by Jeff about 2 years ago.Unit had a lighting strike and needed the mother board replaced. Scheduled an appointment which was more than 3 weeks away. On appointment day , got a call 20 minutes after appointment time and was told he was on an emergency call and had to go to the shop for part(if he had it ) received a second call from them saying the part was on back order and another appointment wasn't available for another month.When the unit was originally in... read more
Make sure you pay even if the work is not done. My friend suffering with uterine cancer had to pay even though work was not done.
Replaced Monitor 41 with new Toyotomi model. Good Products and Good work at a fair price.
Jeff has serviced my keep heater twice now and has always been super honest. He does a great job at a fair price and knows these heaters inside and out. Paula at the front desk is beyond nice and helpful. I drive an hour and a half one way to have him service my heater and worth the drive. I would highly recommend Jeff's K1.
Jeff absolutely knows his stuff when it comes portable kerosene heaters.
