Stay away , specially if you have a deadline. Jeff has poor communication with 1000 excuses. I put money down for a gold chain & name template for my niece's cotillion & he promised he would deliver. Guess what he didn't & refuses to give a refund. Hopefully authorities will step in with this shady ways of " business ". Im not the first nor will be the last. Insane how he thinks screwing over children is ok.
Tried to touch me inappropriatly as I was shopping for jewelry
First-time customer — and definitely my last. Which is a shame, because I actually posted all over Instagram and Snapchat hyping this place up and telling my friends to get their grillz here too… I’ve since told them to go somewhere else. I went to the store on May 31st. It was complete chaos, but the woman working (who I believe is one of the owners) told me they were in the middle of moving locations. I stopped into Jeffery’s today on my way home from the office because it was a rough day and i needed a break before coming home and signing back on. I met Brandy upon entering she was so personable.
