The business here is phenomenal. Jeff's mom is an awesome and kind character. She helped me for 2-3 hours decide which chain fit me best; they have tons of options. Jeff is also a phenomenal person. The first time I shopped with them, we did a coin flip and I won a discount on a gold Cuban! On my second visit, Jeff came in clutch and cut me a sweet deal on an absolutely insane custom pendant. Sold some jewelry to Jeff and he was fair with the price, giving the most money based on the going rate. He was very friendly and took his time explaining the market. This could be one of the issues the impatient reviewers were complaining about. He spends the time to make his customers comfortable and doesn't rush them to the end of the transaction. It was a pleasure doing business with you Jeff, and I'm sorry it took me so long to give you a rating. The 5 stars were definitely deserved!
