Terrible Awful mechanic who took advantage of me. I work full time and attend school full time. The initial problem with my vw 2000 was the rpms were not shifting so I was unable to exceed a certain speed. He made me pay 300 and the problem was not fixed at all! Then a day later my car overheard and the engine almost explodes! He has me tow my car here and charges me 650 to fix the overheating problem. 950 dollars later my car still won�t exceed a certain speed and won�t even go up hills. The Best Place in Boise To Take Your VW! I had some issues with my 99 VW Jetta a year ago and in order to fix them at Peterson, it would have cost me over $2,500 which was very painful considering I only had less than a $1,000 to pay off my car so I called Jeff's and got a quote from him and he came in for $1,200. Not only was his price fantastic but he did a few extra things (like fix my front bumper) without charging me extra.
