Very nasty people!!! They kept hanging up in our faces!! And when called to get my sons car they lied and said they weren’t open on the weekend when they were and the reason they lied was because I wasn’t the owner of the vehicle and charged an extra $260 when all we were supposed to pay was $260. We end up paying $590 to get my son’s vehicle out!! Very nasty people and thief’s. Worst company ever
This is a corporate Monopoly taking over the impounding and seizure of automobiles. It seems they are consolidating to this one large organization, who in turn, have acquired, or seized or how ever it happened; multiple storage or wrecker facilities to which they use. This company is implored from central to south Florida, and have the entire business of the Polk county sheriff's office when it comes to automotive impounds or evidentiary seizures. Terrible experience, illegally took my rental from my Airbnb and upheld the release to get more money.
