As someone who has never been to a gym before...I now love going to the gym. I started lifting weights per doctor's orders but needed to do it safely and with supervision. I've been working with Chris at Jeff's Gym for over a year now and have seen healthy results. He makes it educational and entertaining. He's uplifting and supportive. I highly recommend!
