Took my GTI to Jeff for a detail and it came back woth damage to the rear hatch spoiler. Very obvious damage from the buffing wheel. I am meticulous about my vehicle and I know about any and all defects on the car. When I showed up to pick up the car it was the first thing that caught my eye and when I asked him what happened his response was "Its a factory defect". I just wanted honesty and accountability. Jeff did a great job on my Jeep inside and out. Engine compartment hasn’t looked this nice since it was new. I really appreciate his hard work.
Amazing customer service, great attention to detail. Talking with Jeff on the phone was awesome, he is verh knowledgeable has built a large clientele over the years. To talking story with Jeff in person as we looked over my truck, which is a 2014 Ram 2500 it’s a rather large truck, I told Jeff what I was hoping for and we walked around his shop talking through services and examples. Jeff did AMAZING! Our vehicle looks absolutely. 100× better than picking it up from the dealership. He went above and beyond. He even cleaned some of the inside, did all the plastic pieces outside without leaving a mark, and just really went above and beyond what we expected. Highly impressed and would love to use him again.
Highly recommend Jeff and his Brother who does paintless dent removal. I have had them both do various jobs for me. Quality and affordability. I highly recommend them both.
