No More – Have used him for years both personally and for my business. I finally get why many of my friends do not use him anymore. Over priced, overrated and VERY moody. When a business hims and ha's weather they want my business, it is time to move on.
Uplifting Experience After Break-in – Our Truck was broken into with glass everywhere. What a mess. Jeff had this cleaned up in no time and completely detailed everything. I thought I would be able to find a shard somwhere but no luck. Very nice work. So I decided to take my car in too!
HIS SERVICE IS HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD OPERATE – I met Jeff while he was eatting his lunch at noon some people would have continued to eat and talked to you about your detail service. I was impressed he put his lunch down and stood up to meet me and took care of my business. Im sorry for if his lunch got cold while we were discussing my detail service for my truck. Great guy and a great first impression.
Outstanding customer service – I had a persistent odor problem in my car, due to constant moisture. He found the source of the problem immediately, and fixed it the same day I called. Because of his expert diagnosis as to the source of the problem, and thorough elimination of the odor, my car is as good as new. The customer service I received was personal, friendly, and inspired this positive review.
