Theeir phone has been disconnected with no forwardingnumber. I'm a good paying customer who has been trying to get a hold of them, so I'm not very happy with them.
They don't pay the contractors that they subcontract in a timely manner. That results in the contractors demanding payment from you, the homeowner. Very unprofessional.
