Justin was easy to work with. Provided us with several choices, and never made us feel pressured to choose a certain one. He answered all our questions and even checked in a couple days later to make sure things were to our standard. Very professional.
I had Jeff’s ChemDry do 2 full rooms and a large rug for carpet cleaning. I have used Jeff’s ChemDry for all of my carpet cleaning and in several different houses They do a great job and I prefer the ChemDry method. It cleans better and deeper plus dries quicker. Jeff & his son do a great job and are both very easy to work with. Both great guys. I will always use Jeff’s ChemDry for my carpet cleaning. Jeff’s ChemDry is the Best!
We had chem dry come clean our carpet and it was a fantastic experience! They did an exceptional job of cleaning, explaining the process and products used to achieve the best results. Justin was personable, professional, and delivered superb customer service!! Will definitely use them again in the future!
