I took a well maintained classic truck to his shop for a thermostat replacement. 3 weeks later I got it back with a new engine fully warranties for 2 years. 4 months later the motor mounts busted due to a faulty install. The heads were busted. I called him he told me it was under warranty to bring it in no charge. I towed it 60 miles and got it back a month and $900 later.
