Stay Far Away!!! Took our brand-new car there today for its first wash. Came out with scratches all over the hood. Manager refused to accept any responsibility. If you you take your car there, which I would recommend you never do, make sure to take before-and-after photos.

Best of the best????? Regarding the best of the best review, sounds like a employee review. concerns me that you need to post how great you are to convince everyone to come there, especially based on the other reviews. I don't know, call me crazy. The 1 star is not on service at this wash, only that I feel possibly a employee possibly posted it.

best of the best jeffs car wash, 1) rated #1 car wash in the southeastern part of the u.s. for the last 20 years 2) its impossible for the track to damage any car or truck 3) if you know anything about a car wash then you would have known this 4) my car has been through jeffs around 200 times and looks better everytime 5) BTW if you wash your car yourself its bad for the paint because you are using "hard water" so take it to jeffs 6) or you can take it somewhere else, where the product is cheap, a car is the 2nd biggest inve... read more

Terrible Place - better suited for being a car shredder than car wash Don't take your car or truck to these idiots. I took my new truck to get it cleaned on 11/14/2010 and they did such an unbelievable terrible job aside from tearing up brand new tires and knocking the wheels out of alignment. My front tires were scuffed very badly and now my truck needs a new front end alignment which is going to cost $$. They're idiots that don't need to be operating any equipment especially something that can get someone or something hurt... read more

BEWARE... I TOLD YOU SO......... I visited Jeffs with my brand new Nissan 370Z today and they totally curbed my driver side rear wheel. They will accept no responsibility for the incident and told me to fill out a police report and take them to court if I want it fixed. I have been a great customer for years and this is unacceptable. I hope you never visit Jeffs Carwash and if you do ...beware. I told you so. BTW my wheels were stock from the factory. Thanks, -Kyle

BE AWARE! THEY LIKE TO BREAK THINGS I will never take my car to Jeff's Car wash again. Me seat belt casing was broken buy on the the guys at the end of the line who was washing the back window. As I explained who it was broken (the guy putting his body wight on it BMW 328i coveritable) I even explained the reaction from several of the guys who where standing around. All I got was I'm sorry sir but there is nothing I can do for you. This makes the second time things have been broke, the first was a cd in the backseat. BE AWAR... read more

I will drive out of my way for Jeff's I go to the self-service car wash on Nicholasville Rd. They have the best soap, the best brushes and the best upkeep. I do think that the time limits per money is a rip off but I really like Jeff's overall. They have hot water for the rinse and foaming brush, which makes a huge difference versus the cold water at other places, by cutting through the dirt and bugs a lot easier.
