RecommendedMy wife and I went in today to purchase and be fitted for some new mountain bikes. We talked to Grant and he did an awesome job taking the time to answer all of our questions and was able to dial in the right size bike for my wife. Unfortunately for me, we did not realize how hard covid has affected the bicycle manufacturing companies which has affected the supply of bikes to all the bike shops. Took in two bikes for grandsons to be service and got them back quickly and at a great price. Jeff did a fine job extremely happy with the service
today I went to purchase a bike and the salesman who engaged me did not want to sale me a bike, at least I felt that way. He did not offer to fit me with a bike, the bike I asked about he didn't offer any information. I felt unwanted so I left. i would recommend to any african american to not patronize this store.
Shop local! Last week, we dropped off James' bike to Jeff's Bike Shop in Huntington because I couldn't get the brakes adjusted right. They fixed it within a few days, and we picked it up on Monday with the brakes working perfectly. Fast forward to today: James' bike was stolen and taken for a joy ride and the front wheel was bent very badly. I have bought several bicycles from Jeffs over the last several years. I have also had many of my bicycles serviced there. The service is always great and the people friendly. They have a great selection of accessories.

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. Two bikes and bike rack all bought at different times from Jeff’s Bike Shop and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jeff even installed the bike rack. Thanks Jeff!
