I love Jeff’s Bagels. What I don’t love is this location. Consistently incorrect orders, told that certain bagels don’t get sliced (when other locations do), forgotten sides, etc. The staff is friendly, don’t get me wrong but incompetent is a nice word for order handling. I’ve ordered from this location 6 times. 4 of those visits have had something incorrect. I’m giving this review because there has been multiple times where I have received the wrong order. I had colleagues I treated bagels too and I got the WRONG bagels I asked for and on top of that they didn’t come sliced when I wanted them too.
Alex was very helpful and offered great customer service. Definitely coming back to this location.
