I encountered a problem with some damage to my front porch railing system that started at the same time awnings were purchased and installed by Jeff of Jeff's Awnings. That was two years ago. This year, additional damage was done. I approached the owner via a very professionally and friendly letter. What I got back from him was a terse letter laced with vulgarity, insults, innuendo and a complete denial by him of any wrong doing.
