The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the process in an understandable way. They try to make drop off and pick up convenient, which is much appreciated. Would and have recommended them to friends, coworkers and family. Thanks Jeff's crew.
I'd give zero stars if it were an option. Terrible place to take your vehicle if you want it fixed!
I highly recommend Jeff's Automotive. They are easy to work with and they work with you to get you in as soon as possible. They do good, clean work and have loyalty offers, such as a punch card to get your fourth oil change for free. I appreciate being able to drop my car off the night before.
Been going to them for years, even got one of those top customers of how much money I've spent there. Recently disappoint due to them not wanting to do an obvious break line repair. On my 1996 Toyota Tercel. Charged me dianostic fee then did not want to do the work. New technicians for sure the old man must of retired.
