I showed up this week at Jeff's Automotive Services unannounced and without an appointment. They waited on me immediately, took only a few minutes to do the thing I needed, charged me and I was out of there. While I would never show up without an appointment for anything bigger unless it were a sudden emergency, I feel they treated me really well. I used to go to Joe at Formula One in Mt. Prospect, and I'm so happy that I've found a new home for my car!
