I like how they can get in me in quickly, but they charge me double what another shop would. I know this because I’ve been told (weeks prior) that diagnostic was only HALF of what this shop charged me. Didn’t expect them to charge me double… but had to pay it since I did not ask for diagnostic pricing beforehand, here. Their customer service is excellent, their work is equally as excellent & top notch!! I love the updates I get when my car has been in their shop. They took on a huge project for me back in April, and updated me every step of the way. They also had a convenient link sent over to me via text that gives estimates & asked for approval for things to be done.
