My son was hospitalized at childrens hospital when my car died that night due to battery issues. The next morning I drove to Jeff's auto shop because it was just down the road from the hospital. I walked in and explained the problem, at which point the gentleman helping me said he would look at it. Not only did he completely repair and fix the issue, he did it right then within 5-10mins and then didnt charge me for his time or the part he replaced! RecommendedI have taken several cars to Jeff's over the last 20 years and have loved them but really have a huge thank you for doing a fix before headed to California. The fix didn't hold and had to get it redone in CA. Jeff's had called to check on work satisfaction and when I told them what happened they paid for the second fix without hesitation. When I went to pay my CA bill they said already taken care of.. Great business!
Great customer service. They were able to work me in the day of and was able to pick my car up after hours the same day.
Just left Children's Hospital after an appt and had a low tire. Was worried I had ran over something. The man working came out, checked ALL tires and filled them with air!!! Great customer service! Thank you!!!!
