New door installed today looks and functions great. Willie and his team are awesome they are straight forward with you and don't try to rip you off like most companies. Highly recommend.
I realized a broken spring on my 22 yr old door when the door wouldnt open and called Jeffries on Tuesday and a few hours later received a call back. He told me he would have a tech out there by 10am Wed which fit my schedule. At 9:55 the tech (Sam) showed up and went to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable and attempted a repair with the springs he had on truck so he didnt have to order the previously installed springs, but that didn't work. Had an issue with my garage door and they came out really quick took care of the problem. They are extremely nice and professional. Would recommend anybody with a garage door repair.

Met Willie while he was working on a neighbors garage door. I just happened to have my garage door fail that day and so I asked if he would come over when he was done. After he was done with my neighbor he came by looked at my garage door and then laid out my options. He was very helpful and kind and understanding! He set an appointment with me and they showed up on time! They installed my new garage door unit and did a great job! I would highly recommend them for any of your overhead door needs!
