Technician mismatched light switches and plates that he replaced (a cream switch with a white switch on the same plate, etc). He told us that despite a number of light switches needing repair, he could only fix 3 at a time, and we'd need to call back every few days until repairs were complete so the company could continue collecting its copay for services.
