We hired Jefferies to install a French drain and sump pump in our nearly 200-year-old stone foundation basement. They completed the job as expected and were flexible in moving up the schedule to fit our travel plans, which we appreciated. Due to obstructions like the furnace and oil tank, the french drain or moisture barrier couldn’t follow a clean perimeter — the lines zig-zag, which is functionally fine but not visually tidy.
