We hired Jefferies to install a French drain and sump pump in our nearly 200-year-old stone foundation basement. They completed the job as expected and were flexible in moving up the schedule to fit our travel plans, which we appreciated. Due to obstructions like the furnace and oil tank, the french drain or moisture barrier couldn’t follow a clean perimeter — the lines zig-zag, which is functionally fine but not visually tidy. Jermaine and his crew completely waterproofed my basement. I had just experienced a bad flooding. The water was even coming through the walls. Jermaine installed a second sump pump and second dehumidifier. He and his crew dug a French drain along the inside perimeter of my basement. They also dug another drain down the middle of my basement floor. They sealed the floors and put a sealant on the walls. I’ve had lots of heavy rain since and not a sign of any flooding.
