Rude and poor customer service skills. Called today (day 27 of 30) to have my non-controlled med filled so it’s ready for pick up by the day it’s due, to be met with; “it’s a 30 day supply, call back on the 15th.” The last day it was filled was 01.14. The 15th is day 32. They want me to go 3 days without my medication because they’re closed on Sunday which is what the 15th is, and they’re only open 4 hours on Saturdays but they’re refusing early fills.
