I would just like to say I think a lot of y’all are sleeping on this collision shop. I have not received my vehicle back yet, so this review is solely based on their customer service skills and dealing with car insurance companies. A huge shout out to Juanita and Dolores for all their dedicated help and assistance they have shown me. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday afternoon. Best collision shop and auto repair shop I have ever been to
Poor workmanship and poor service. The car needed right rear quarter and trunk repair. I removed the trunk carpet, spare, and liner from the lid so they wouldn't get dirty or damaged by the body shop and to help make things easier for them assessing damage and to do their work. I was called and told the car was ready, but upon arrival the trunk interior was completely covered in dust from all the work they had done, badges on the trunk were missing, and the spare tire mount inside the trunk was severely bent.
