RecommendedI recently needed repair on my dishwasher. On my daughter’s recommendation I called Jeffrey’s Appliance. The repair was completed timely and completely. The repairman was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this company.
We just had Super Dave out to our house to diagnose and solve a problem with our relatively new dryer. He was super friendly, professional and efficient. The office person also called me 30 minutes ahead of his visit so that I could meet him at the house. I would strongly recommend this company and Super Dave in particular. Thanks so much for your help today!

Great Service! Great People!
Very impressed with Jeffrey's and the tech that came out to work on my refrigerator. I had not been advised that my refrigerator needed to be defrosted prior to repairs being made. The tech (Jim) had to spend a lot of extra time taking care of this before he could complete repairs. He had to rearrange his schedule as it was going to take much longer than was scheduled. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. We bought a home and a few days later realized the dishwasher didn't work. Jeffrey's came out and noticed the dishwasher was new enough to be under warranty (we had no idea). They ordered the part and installed it at zero cost to us. I am shocked by how honest and nice this company is. I will always use them for appliance repair!

These people are great. Though they could not come to Moscow for a service call they took the extra effort to resolve my issue over the phone. If I lived in Spokane they would be first on my list to call for any repair.

I requested repair service through a warranty program. Technicians came out to diagnose problem. Parts were ordered and ready for repair within 2 days. Technicians Eric, Preston and Joseph were prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely request Jeffrey's Appliance for future repairs.
