We had a young man come today to check out our refrigerator. We were very pleased with his expertise. He found out we had a plastic container fall to the bottom of the freezer section. One of their repairmen came to look at my leaking dishwasher on 9/27/19, which he concluded was due to built up soap inside the compartment used for rinse aid. His solution to the problem was for me to clean out the soap and he left without further investigation. Me being the inquisitive scientist that I am wasn’t really satisfied with this answer, partially due to the fact that I’ve never put anything in that compartment in my 3 years of living here.
