My husband was referred to Dr Zawacki for a serious condition. The office staff and Dr Zawacki made us feel so comfortable. While we were waiting in the reception area, I watched as the office staff interacted with the other patients and they were very polite and friendly. Thank you all so very much.
Dr. Zawacki is amazing. Receptionist/billing staff is extremely TERRIBLE.
Called for a follow up appointment before 12pm. The same phone rang about 8 times just to be directed to Vincent’s voice mailbox. Then called again to be told that the staff is on lunch so the office is closed from 12pm - 1pm. Are they short staffed or does everyone go on lunch at the same time? I have been a receptionist at a dental offices before and I never had to tell a patient that the office is closed for lunch purposes. Someone would relieve me to go to lunch.
