I would not recommend this office if you expect timely communication or follow-up. Calls appear to be outsourced to a third-party service, and it is extremely difficult to reach anyone directly in the office. Unfortunately, I was never able to receive a callback from the actual staff. This made it very frustrating to get answers or follow up on care after my visit. Overall, it ended up being a significant waste of time and a disappointing experience.

I was recommended to this practice by a family member of mine. She told me how great the doctors were, and so I made an appointment for this ongoing ear pain I’ve been experiencing. Dr. Zauderer was attentive when I was discussing my symptoms, and made sure to ask questions to rule out certain diagnoses. He tried different approaches in order to get to the bottom of my concerns. Dr. Zauderer wasted no time, and got right to the business of fixing my ear. He put a nice little tube in my ear and now the water is not in my middle ear anymore. The doctor was polite friendly and easy to talk to.
