Tony did a very good job doing the annual maintenance kn our central air unit. Much appreciated.
Had a yearly Air Conditioning check at my house. Nick, the technician was prompt on his arrival. Very courteous and professional. Very thorough with the inspection inside and outside of the house. I have been very pleased with Wilbur since I switched from another company.
I'm so glad that we are with this company. Every person who has came out to service our equipment has been professional, polite and courteous. We love our new furnace and air conditioning units. My husband and I thank you Jeff Wilbur and your team for a job well done. I also want to thank the person who works in the office who handles setting up our appointments for our maintenance checks. I also want to mention our technician Tony for a job well done on July 31, 2025.
Our technician Nick was amazing! He was very timely and clean with his work. He got the job done quickly and smoothly. He was very thoughtful and explained what he was doing so we wouldn’t be left in the dark! Will recommend!
2025: As part of the bi-annual customer care plan, Tony performed the regular maintenance check on my A/C unit and I was impressed by his professionalism, depth of knowledge in explaining technical details with ease and focus on what the measures mean to me. Appreciate his care of my no-shoes-in -house rule!
