Cleaning/service of heating system included in Comfort Club. Tony was punctual, courteous and the cleaning was completed in a timely manner. Service was for an older unit and all recommendations were discussed prior to replacing any parts.
The technician, Tony, arrived on time and quickly got to work to perform the preventive maintenance on our A/C system. Tony was courteous and efficient. He went over his findings and made sure to return our thermostat to our preferred settings after he completed his inspection. Another quality appointment with Wilbur.
Tony came for the semi-annual system check and maintenance that is part of my service agreement. I received a text 20 minutes before scheduled arrival that my technician was on the way. He was on time. Tony took about 45 minutes to complete the heating system check and then review the maintenance checklist with me. I appreciate his professionalism and service.
We love our Bryant HVAC system and this company's customer service is excellent. We just had our Fall Comfort Care system check by technician Justin. His crew installed our system and has been here several times to inspect it since. We are very happy with this subscription service. We couldn't be more pleased.
As a Comfort Club member, I like the convenience of not having to worry about the cost of the maintenance of my furnace. Justin came on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.
