On July 16, 2025 Wilbur's HVAC technician, Nick, did an excellent job performing a semi-annual service of our HVAC system. Nick explained what he was doing & provided comments regarding the condition of those components.
Being a member of the Comfort Club, we just had our semi annual checkup of our two HVAC units. Our technician was Tony this time. He did a very thorough exam of both units inside and out. We have always been pleased with the work done by Wilbur’s.

After I couldn't fix a clogged drain in my kitchen sink, I called Wilbur Plumbing. They weren't able to come out for a week or so, but when they did, they were extremely communicative. They sent me a text when they were on their way, and even sent a photo of the technician, Josh. Josh took the time to try to trace the pipes leading into the basement, then ran a snake to clear the blockage. Afterwards, he tested the sink to make sure the problem was fixed.
