The service was excellent.Mark and Colt went to great lengths to solve our plumbing problem and put us back to normal function before they left. I highly recommend Jeffery A. Wilbur Plumbing. We have had experience with other plumbers . None of them gave us the same quality of service. Also they cleaned up everything when they were finished..We won't hesitate to use them again.
Justin and Tony came out yesterday (2/13/2025) and did a wonderful job on the furnace cleaning. They were right on time, courteous, and explained everything well. Highly recommend.
The service industry is all about people. Fancy trucks and radio ads lose their appeal when the people you have in your house are not clean, respectful, or personable. Everyone that has been in our home doing a recent heat pump install was of excellent personal character. Justin, Tony, Colt, Jeff, Mark, Nick are all professional, knowledgeable, and worked together as a team. They treated our home and pets with respect. THANK YOU!

We have a tankless water heater and boiler. We lost heat but still had hot water. Called Jeffrey Wilbur Plumbing and Heating. They had Joe at that same day. Joe was able to quickly identify the issue. It was a pressure sensor and the part needed to be ordered. It took a few weeks to get the part but that wasn't for lack of trying to find it sooner.
