Jeff is a very attentive and professional care giver. He always listens and explains concepts and treatments very well. Most clinics these days push their staff to act with assembly line mentality (get patients in and out as fast as possible… more concerned about money than the patient), but Jeff and the staff at this Overland clinic take as much time as they can to make sure we are satisfied with the care given and our concerns are addressed.
He spent as much time needed to answer all my questions. He brought up good questions and solutions for moving forward.
Jeff is fabulous. But don’t go to him lol.
