My husband went in February to treat an ingrown nail. Dr Watkins didn’t give any explanation of anything that he was doing pre or post procedure. He sent my husband home with a bandaid that was drenched in blood by the time he arrived home. Didn’t prescribe antibiotics and the nail got infected. I called a few days later to complain and they were very defensive so I got no where.
