About a month ago Dr. Wallentine replaced my hip. He genuinely cared and did an amazing job. I was in great hands and the surgery couldn't have gone better. I will always appreciate Dr. Wallentine and feel most fortunate to have had such a respected surgeon work on my hip. Thank you so much Dr. Wallentine
Please don’t say you’re open at 7 if you’re unable to even answer simple questions on a phone call at that time. It is misleading and extremely unhelpful. Please seek a better route to this vs. having people with 0 knowledge answering phones to provide 0 help and lots of attitude. To add: I was just asking general questions about referral .-.
Just had knee replacement surgery, went fantastic.. Dr Wallentine was very upfront about my options Prior to surgery.. he did a fantastic job ! I can finally bend my knee after a year of not being able to bend it at all.. thank you so very much. With physical therapy I will be good as new...
Wife was scheduled for surgery for 5 weeks, they knew they needed 10-15 days for approval from insurance, sent stuff in for approval 4 days before surgery and couldn’t get it approved in time. Totally dropped the ball, now on top of waiting for 5 weeks in pain with a bad knee, she has to wait another two weeks. No accountability for dropping the ball on this. We had to take time off work for nothing, my time is worth money too. Complete fail.
