Jeff Thurston is a great medication manager and a wonderful listener.
I have been seeing ARNP Thurston for about 10 years now. His counseling style is along the lines of cognitive behavioral combined with sensible meditation management. When I first started with him I was on 10 medications and in crisis. With a ton of very hard work, I am now only one and see him periodically for medication review. I have very high regards for him. Would recommend without hesitation.
