I have had asthma all my life, I’m retired now. I have been a patient of Dr. Selby for over 30 years. For about a year he was not covered under my insurance. During that time the doctors treating me changed everything and would not listen to me they liked to have killed me. When my insurance changed I couldn’t get an appointment fast enough. I am a 78yr.old woman in a wheel chair. My appointment with Dr.Selby was horrible. Please do not go to this Dr. He has an anger management problem..never in my life have I ever been to a dr. like him. He made me cry so hard I couldn’t talk. Very rude. Would not give him one star

I am totally satisfied with Dr Selby. He is very knowledgeable. He treated me like his equal instead of as though I was beneath him. He explains everything so I can understand. I am so glad I decided to call him. I already feel better after only two visits. The only complaint I would have is the time I had to wait in room. But things happen sometimes they can’t control.

I was sent there by a company that I had a health claim against, Dr. Selby LIED on the report to the company's attorney's and said I refused to submit to a vital test. His nurse performed half the test and said it was all I needed. My wife and I both asked about the second part of the test, and I was told I didn't need it.

Dr. Selby was on call for my doctor when I was in the hospital. I have never met such a rude, unprofessional doctor. He was very aggressive, verbally abusive & just plain disrespectful. He tried to discharge me w/an unstable heart rhythm. I requested a new doctor after he yelled at my 70 yr old mother for asking questions regarding my health. She was so startled and upset, that she had an episode with her heart. She had to take a nitroglycerin& be seen in the ER. Nursing staff was afraid of him.

Dr. Selby initially was very respectful and kind to my ailing mother. However, he quickly became combative and incredibly rude, leaving my 76 year old and very sick mother, who was in the hospital, distressed in tears. Horrible experience.

In my opinion, Dr. Selby was instrumental in giving us two weeks of quality time with our mother, when she was so critical that she honestly should not have survived overnight. His expertise, concern and care were exemplary and my hope is that you too can share in his thoughtful and frank oversight should the need arise.
