He replaced my knee. Had problems afterward, saw him for less than a few minutes post surgery and that was it. I'm walking just fine, but I had a big problem with pain post surgery, thank goodness my Physical Therapist was excellent, she was the only person to discover why I was having a problem.

Dr. Racca is a good listener and does not rush your visit. He is compassionate and an extremely competent surgeon.

Dr. Racca and his staff are awesome. They did an exceptionally thorough job from start to finish and I now have two new hips and feel much better.

Never ever again! He had performed bilateral knee replacements on me. He had shortened both of my legs my left one by 1/4 of an inch the right knee 4 mm! Ended my job injured my back I was in his office every month for several months in tears he refused to look at me or do an exam or suggest a revision. Just pain pain pills. I used a walker Crutches and a cane until 2 yrs later I found the most amazing knee surgeon to revise both of my knees so I am able to walk and live a normal healthy life!

I had knee surgery last August. He would not do surgery until it was extremely necessary. I have recovered wonderful, continued my therapy and he let me choose the best rehab in Albuquerque. Had therapy at home and am walking like I should. I have recommended Dr. Racca to so many people here in Los Lunas. If I needed surgery again, he would be my Doctor. He is kind, honest, caring and very understanding and explains things in a professional way. He takes his time with each visit.
